Safety Annotations in Maker Viewer

By incorporating safety annotations seamlessly onto the map, we've heightened situational awareness with an aim to create safer spaces for all. We have now added the functionality of seeing safety annotations not only in the PDF export, but also in the 3D Maker Viewer. Report missing building footprints

Before starting the mapping process, you have to locate and place your digital map to real-world coordinates using OpenStreetMaps. Users can now submit missing building footprints through Maker to be added to OpenStreetMaps. Without a building footprint, you can temporarily place your building at your address to continue mapping. Once the footprint has been added to OpenStreetMaps, you can adjust the georeference accordingly.

Users are making interesting maps!

Exploring user-generated maps has uncovered a variety of interesting and practical use cases. It's great to see our users building  unique concepts, such as Christmas markets, trade shows, and theaters. These diverse use cases offer valuable insights and inform our ongoing development of Maker features, tools, and functionalities.

Here is one of the latest user maps from CCGA Performing Arts Centre in Georgia, where they have mapped the facility and even some structural elements, like seats, benches, and even a piano! You can check it out here
