Tysons Corner Center Interactive Map

Greater Washington DC's largest mall. 300+ stores across 2+ million square feet, with direct Metro Silver Line access.

Explore Tysons Corner Center across all three levels, including every store, restaurant, AMC Theatre entrance, Metro connection, and parking terrace. The mall's direct Metro Silver Line access makes transit a practical option for DC-area visitors, but finding the transit entrance from inside the property takes more than a glance at the directory.

Use the map to search by store, filter by floor, or navigate between the parking terraces and your destination.

About Tysons Corner Center

Tysons Corner Center opened in 1968 as one of the first fully enclosed, climate-controlled shopping malls in the Washington metropolitan area, and it has grown into the region's largest, spanning approximately 2.4 million square feet. The vast venue includes a transit-oriented plaza and mixed-use expansions added since the Silver Line opened, and housing more than 300 stores, restaurants, and entertainment options in Tysons, Virginia.

Owned by Macerich, the property draws 16 million annual visits and is anchored by Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and Macy's, with a tenant mix focused on premium, performance, and experiential retail. Ultra-luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Rolex are located across the street at Tysons Galleria, a separate Brookfield-owned property, making the two malls complementary destinations serving different tiers of the Northern Virginia market.

The tenant mix extends well beyond traditional retail, serving performance and lifestyle categories:

  • Dick's House of Sport
  • Rivian
  • Arc'teryx
  • Tonal
  • Peloton

Experiential tenants including Sloomoo Institute, CAMP, and American Girl anchor a family entertainment floor. The 16-screen AMC IMAX Theatre is one of the largest multiplex installations in the mid-Atlantic. Adjacent to the mall are the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center and VITA Luxury Apartments, making this a genuine mixed-use urban district rather than a standalone shopping center.

The addition of the Metro Silver Line station at Tysons Corner in 2014 materially changed the property's access profile. It's now reachable from downtown DC in under 30 minutes without a car.

Macerich is investing $100 million-plus in a strategic redevelopment of the west end of the mall, including a reimagined dining and entertainment district around Bloomingdale's and Macy's. During and after that renovation, a live interactive map becomes essential operational infrastructure: store locations, entry points, and wing layouts will shift as construction phases progress.
