WATERLOO, ONTARIO — September 25, 2026 — Mappedin, the indoor operations platform transforming how venues are experienced and managed worldwide, today announced it has been named to The Globe and Mail's Canada's Top Growing Companies of 2026. The annual Report on Business ranking measures three-year revenue growth and recognizes Canadian companies demonstrating sustained performance. This achievement marks the fifth year Mappedin has been recognized for exceptional growth as the company continues to map the world's premier venues and destinations.
The recognition follows a period of significant expansion for the company. Earlier this year, Mappedin raised $24.5 million in a Series B led by Edison Partners to support the expansion of the company’s spatial technology platform beyond individual buildings toward city-scale indoor mapping deployments, while also expanding access for first responders, safety organizations, and large public venues. Mappedin now manages billions of square feet of indoor space for some of the world's most recognized venue operators, including Simon Property Group, Cadillac Fairview, Lumen Field, Los Angeles International Airport, and Miami International Airport.

Canada’s Top Growing Companies is an editorial ranking that launched in 2019 to celebrate the achievements of innovative businesses in Canada. To qualify for this program; companies voluntarily completed an in-depth application process and fulfilled targeted revenue requirements. In total, 376 companies earned a spot on this year’s ranking.
